넓은 온도범위에서 간접가열과 간접냉각시 적용할
수 있으며 여러 다양한 산업분야에서 사용할
수 있습니다.
MARLOTHERM 유기합성 열전달유체는
고품질 원료화학물질과
완제품 생산을 위해 필수적인 제품입니다.
리액터를
여러범위의 특정온도대로 가열하거나
냉각시키기도
하며, 증류탑에 열을 공급하기도
합니다. 또한,
Ethylene oxide, Aniline, Formaldehyde
합성과
같은 강한 발열반응과정을 냉각하기도
하며,
에너지효율을 높이기 위한 폐열회수시스템에
사용되기도 합니다.

중축합반응은 더욱더 정밀한 반응과정이 필요합니다.
플랜트크기에 따라 10 에서 40 m3의 열전달유체를 적용합니다. 그러나 온도제어가
잘못되면 중축합반응으로 생산된 제품이 변색이나
복구될 수 없는 상태가 되어 피해가 발생하므로
최적의 정밀온도조절이 요구됩니다. |
